avcodec/mpegvideo: Port dct_unquantize_mpeg2_intra_mmx to SSE2

Benefits from wider registers.

Benchmarks:
dct_unquantize_mpeg2_intra_c:                          228.2 ( 1.00x)
dct_unquantize_mpeg2_intra_mmx:                         28.2 ( 8.10x)
dct_unquantize_mpeg2_intra_sse2:                        18.4 (12.37x)
